Shanghai'd
So.
I've been successfully Shanghai'd (if you will allow the pun) into my next trip. I'll be heading out in the second week of September to Kunming, China to visit a customer's coal mining operation in Xiaolongtan. I'll be there for right about five days doing training and whatnot, then off to another coal mine in Tanih Grogot, Indonesia for a couple of days, then finally to Tanjung, Indonesia to see another coal mine for a couple days. Fortunately, none of these places is located directly on the equator, though Tanih Grogot is at about latitude 1.9 degrees South...
Happily, after all this ordeal, I get to go to Brisbane for a bit, then New Zealand to finish up the trip.
